Which one to choose

If maximum transparency and fully auditable code are your priority, Trezor is the safer choice from a verifiability standpoint. If you want broader cryptocurrency support, mobile app integration, and convenient access to DeFi/NFTs from a single device, Ledger offers more features. Both solutions, bought directly from the manufacturer, are considered secure — the real risk arises when buying secondhand or from an untrusted seller.
